SiC transistors offered on EFD Induction high-frequency tube and pipe welding machines

EFD Induction has introduced silicon carbide transistors in some of its high-frequency, solid-state welding machines.

The IGBT transistor still is the main power transistor with high-current capability, also in the solid-state Weldac tube and pipe welding machines. The Weldac systems offer power outputs from 50 to 2,200 kW and frequencies of 90 to 500 kHz. Cut To Length Slitting Line
