Tecglass has introduced a line of multifunctional digital printing machines that combine fast Single and Multi Pass print speeds with high resolution and multicolour print quality on large sheets of glass. Top Uv Printers

The Spanish glass technology specialist’s multifunctional line, F Type F K Series, is engineered to meet the needs of both the Single and Multi Pass high-speed mass production processes.

Its purpose is to speed up, optimise and simplify printing operations for continuous cycle production.

The F Type F K Series can also deliver a high performance in efficiency and precision, as well as a powerful ink jet stream for multicolour printing on large glass sheets.

The line is ideal for optimising the mass printing of frames, logos, patterns and graphic motifs on all types of glass, including for the automotive, household appliance and interior design industries.

The performance features of the F Type F K Series include; a Single Pass print speed of 20 seconds for a single colour glass size of 4500 x 1200 mm and a Multi Pass print speed of 90 seconds for a single colour glass size of 4500 x 2500 mm.

It can also upgrade to 7 colour channels, 72 single print heads (1000 nozzles per colour) and 36 print heads with dual-colour technology.

Other features include a high flowrate ink recirculation system, Simultaneous Drying Technology (SDT), up to 1440 dpi print resolution, 7 levels of ink drop sizes and multicolour print speed or photo-realistic images of up to 60 sqm/h.
