The friend of a vacationing woman who was watching her car while she was gone reported Jan. 1 that the front and rear passenger side valve stems were damaged, causing the tires to deflate, while it was parked on Alber Street near Middlesex Street in Dearborn.

The woman said the damage to the silver 2011 Buick Regal likely occurred between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

While there were no immediate suspects, police were attempting to obtain footage from a nearby surveillance camera.
